My note is that for the classic starting zones Qyenos and Freeport, after the newbie island whereby you were sent to train to prepare yourself as you gain citizenship for Qyenos/Freeport is a bit confusing. There doesnt really seem to be any specific quests that you must complete, and a new player may need to visit a wiki or any other database for quests info of what quests to do.
However if you start in timorus deep/kelethin, the quests are much smoother for progression till level 10 or 20+ where you should really visit other zones (such as thundering steppes, stormhold dungeon etc etc)
